Our department consists of 9 members, including 7 developers, a project lead, and a team lead. We engage in a variety of key activities to drive our work forward. Frequent lightning talks help us introduce and learn new technologies, fostering continuous growth. Each member specializes in selected full stack responsibilities based on individual preferences and strengths, ensuring that everyone contributes where they excel. We emphasize cross-team collaboration by working on multi-team projects and providing valuable feedback on system architecture. Additionally, we are committed to long-term projects, dedicating time to refactoring and maintaining legacy code to ensure the stability and longevity of our systems.
Basic experience with TypeScript and either frontend (React) or backend (Node.js/NestJS) development. A strong willingness to learn and contribute to the entire stack. Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git). Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
