O pozici

This role focuses on building systems for predictive and corrective maintenance, which directly impact reliability and reduce system downtime. You’ll have a unique opportunity to work closely with domain experts, starting with defining goals, progressing through data exploration and analysis, and culminating in the delivery of a functional Python module that transforms raw data into actionable insights.

You’ll engage in the entire pipeline development lifecycle, from prototyping to production deployment, with a strong focus on writing clean, efficient, and scalable code. We value both independence and collaboration, so you should be comfortable working autonomously while mentoring junior team members and contributing to shared goals.

You should have

Měl/a bys mít:

Strong data analysis expertise with a well-rounded programming skillset: you know the ins and outs of Python, especially Pandas, and can write optimized, reusable code.
Statistical understanding to approach data with a hypothesis-driven mindset. You are capable of hypothesis testing and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to inform decisions and verify assumptions.
Software development proficiency: familiar with Git workflows, debugging, and production-grade coding practices, including code versioning and documentation.
Problem-solving approach: able to quickly prototype, evaluate, and deliver solutions that are efficient, reliable, and scalable.

Nice to have/ nice to know

Experience with Plotly / Dash for creating insightful data visualizations.
Familiarity with analytical platforms such as Databricks, Qlik, or Tableau.
Understanding of DevOps tools or CI/CD: knowledge of how to streamline the deployment process or maintain data pipelines efficiently.
Advanced statistical analysis skills: familiarity with statistical methods or experience applying them to complex datasets.
